8th-11th. Light snows, flurries New England, then fair.
November 8: Happy Birthday to Miss Amy! Someone is 6! This is not the first time her birthday has been a miserably wet and rainy day. I think her 4th birthday was miserably wet and rainy but not this cold. Jim reported a layer of snow shortly after midnight, but it was gone by morning.
November 9: An honestly pleasant day. Windy, but nice enough to head to a farmers market in the city and pick up some greens, roots, and ‘maters. And then take a 2 mile walk through the “forest trail” with a short dog. Just make sure to wear a sweater and a light jacket.
November 10: Still warm out — another lovely day. Pleasant enough to take three walks today, and even down by the water, it isn’t too cold.
November 11: Fair morning, fair and lovely afternoon. An amazing day for mid-November, especially considering that there is still a little bit of snow hiding out in some places.
